Shipping and delivery
We ship Australia-wide and internationally from our premises in Perth, Western Australia.
In short: Perth metro arrives in up to 3 business days, the rest of WA in up to 7, and the eastern states, SA and NT in up to 10. International orders are quoted on request.
Business days after dispatch. Oversize items may take longer.
Oversize and heavy items
Complete motors, long and short blocks and other bulky items travel by road freight. Freight on these is quoted for your address, so contact us before you order and we will price it for you.
International orders
We ship outside Australia, including to New Zealand. Send us your delivery address and the parts you need and we will come back with an ETA and a freight cost.
When your parcel arrives
Check the parcel before you sign for it. If it arrives unpacked, damaged or squashed, reject it and tell us within 24 hours. Once you sign, we take it that the goods arrived in good order.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Perth metro orders arrive within 3 business days. The rest of Western Australia takes up to 7 days. NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and NT take up to 10 days. These are business days after dispatch.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Yes. We ship internationally, including to New Zealand. Contact us with your address and we will give you an ETA and a freight price.
What freight options are there?
Air freight as standard, express or overnight, and road freight as standard or oversize.
How are oversize items like engines sent?
Oversize items such as complete motors go by road freight. Contact us before ordering so we can quote the freight for your address.
